Support to the Development of Local Self Government in Belarus. In this project of VNG International (in a consortium with SMORC (Czech Republic), MEPCO and the Lev Sapieha Foundation (Belarus) participated VDWCONSULT as a communication consultant. Activities: Advising citizens orgainizations on stakeholder analysis and stakeholder involvement with respect to water issues. Support for the development of a toolkit on communication and stakeholder participation.
